Today marks our 29th and looking back, boy, time really flies. Oddly, i feel so old and young at the same time. Old because in retrospect, we started out in our jc days and our life basically revolves exclusively around school - odac and mugging. Young because it only feels like yesteryear that it all happened. It's 2 years plus now! gee. So anyway we decided to just spent the day together and headed down town after chuch intending to catch When In Vegas. Sad thing they didnt have it at PS GV so we ended up shopping in the end. I didnt do much cause there were hoards of people everywhere. Joel got a shirt from GAP that he's very satisfied with and I got myself a dress =) Ended the day dinning at my favvvv restaurant. Chineseee food!! and topped it off with the OMGH-you-cannot-miss-it! eastside brownie at cafe cartel. An odd observation- cafe cartel seems to be hiring a significant no. of china people, not that I'm against any of them. It just doesnt reflect well to hire a waitress/waiter who's not even the slightest bit versed in English, especially so in a western restaurant. My bro would probably be deriding it bigtime but well I'm not complaining since i got my brownie in the end. Will be skipping land trning tml. Hopefully my back gets better within these few days.
