Yesterday met up with chel and apphia for dinner just so to catch up. so we talked and talked and yak and yak till cartel closed. Their eastside brownie is THE BEST BROWNIE IN THE WHOLE WORLD. Its so fudgy and you have a scoop of vanilla ice cream to top it up and it complements so well to the brownie. And its two thick slabs that the 3 of us cant even finish. i love LOVE LOOOVVEEE it so much. Everyone has just gotta try it! headed to Music Underground after cartel closed. The club wasnt all too fantastic but had a good time still. Had bren to send us home after that. Was abit overly apprehensive about his driving but he managed to prove that he was a smooth driver in the end. hahah..

Travis's Farewell /12:40 AM

Bid farewell to Travis and wished him bon voyage to the lil island called Tekong. Had a last gatheringat dobby's Fish & Co. last thurs before he enlisted. Great live band, great ambience, great dinner, great friends. what more could i ask for =) Farewell Travis, we'll miss your annoying morbid humor. You know we'll love you still no matter what become of you after NS =)

i got my hair curled today! it took 5 hours to get my hair done and my hair was tugged so often i got a headache out of it =\ oh well. but the end result turned out pretty alright so i'm satisfied =)

headed off to a wedding dinner with my mom in the evening and i was the youngest there considering the table we sat at were all my mom's colleague. And to think that i'd be bored, i was actually intrigued and rather entertained i would well say so. Alot of adult talks and funny jokes and i've come to realised that each's wealth and status wasn't assessed on the how much you earn or the property deeds you possessed, and neither the clothes you don BUT the kind CAR you own. hmmm interesting. because of me currently being nonchalant about the different cars with their different parts and what not, i kinda shut off awhile and what aroused my attention right after was a very exquisite refined watch a man was wearing. It was this very striking ornate kind of watch with a huge shiny blue metallic face something somewhat like a TAG HEUER watch i saw some time ago. I thought a refined fasionable watch was more attractive than a car.

Beautiful things come in small packages dont you think so..?

Crazy night /10:43 AM

alright this a long-dated post prob a week back. Crashed Mabs post prom and had a crazy night clubhopping. Went to meet Hazel and some other of mabs friends at meritus mandrin first and i saw a couple of my old ij pals =)) proceeded to Thumper to drink and got abit tipsy by then. went on to DXO where the party was. Surprisingly i saw a coupled of sr kids there as well. Saw Adrain who said hi to me and it took me 5 secs to realised it was him at that time i was abit disorientated. He was prob crashing with his CJ friends as well. Saw Peiliang, pk and some others. Small world =) clubhopped to MOS after DXO closes at 3ish. night was just crazy. reached back to mab's place at 6am, slept for awhile and had baby come to pick me up at noon.

i look freaking retarded here. Was really red after the drinks. =(

How come the everyone gets to freeze their ass of in some other countries but i dont =(
Karthi's has gone to freeze his ass in London and France today to watch some live soccer,
Shuyi's freezing up her arse of in Toronto at this very moment,
my mom's gonna freeze hers in Guangzhou in a weeks time,
my bro's currently freezing his butt at Nepal,
Jas's gonna freeze her's at Japan,
my cousin's freezing his at Melbourne ( which i supposedly should be there as well but all thanks to late air tickets )
and even my grandmother is freezing hers at melbourne.

Why am i still stuck here in lil Singapore? why....... =(

It was easy enough to be indifferent all this while,
Its no big deal she had constantly reminded herself.
Afterall there were 24 such other cases in that morning alone,
No big deal, it happens everyday .
It was cruel enough to have sit through the hearings,
Dissolution was the word they used.
The influx of emotions surged through and left her dazed,
She made her way out of the courtroom with brutal angry tears.

No trace of makeup, no one to impress
She saunters the malls indiscrimainately
No friends with this time round
The solitude was the solace she needed in the buzzing crowd
She embraced it all with her being that afternoon
Because she knows she'll be stronger the next day

this was taken when we're studying for our last paper. Headed to SukiSushi for buffet lunch. ate till i couldnt walked properly i kept bumping into her. =S

Anyway past few days was crazy. blog about it later. Gotta go prepare for someone's birthday and mom's having shawn and huiling over for dinner. She's cooking KimChi Jap style! (:
